ABOUT ABOUT

RATING: PG-13

HOMEBASE: San Francisco, CA

SHOW DESCRIPTION: Self-described as Spalding Gray meets Ferdinand Marcos, Emil Guillermo tells the little known story of American Filipinos through his own experience:the son of an immigrant from the 1920s who made it to NPR. Where it not for racism, he'd be 86 years old now! Or murdered like his cousin.
