Actors Alliance of San Diego and San Diego Playwrights team up again to bring you the second installment of the Breaking Waves Festival at San Diego International Fringe Festival. The goal of this festival is to team playwrights, directors, and actors together to collaborate on the creation of brand new works written by, directed by, and starring San Diego artists. This year we are working exclusively with three playwrights to develop brand new works that demonstrate the phenomenal work that comes out of San Diego.
