SHOW DESCRIPTION: Theatrical greats William Shakespeare, Sarah Bernhardt and Constantine Stanislavsky take us on a farcical journey through the history of theatre from Aristophanes to Emile Zola. You’ll hear the most famous lines from the world’s best-known plays performed at breakneck speed that will keep you in stitches at every turn!

ABOUT THE COMPANY: Playwright Matt Thompson has titles in print through Dramatic, Heuer, Brooklyn and Eldridge Publishing respectively. His full length plays have been commissioned by The San Diego Repertory Theatre (Crosses & Stars); North Coast Repertory Theatre (Beatrice the Butterfly, Mistletoe, Music & Mayhem!, The Little Mermaid, The Perfectly Preposterous Pirate Adventure, Ted Williams: A Tip of the Cap); Compass Theatre (9066, Opera of the Oasis); and Point Loma Playhouse (Cloud Barrier) and (The Complete History of Theatre (abridged) developed with Mac Wellman through LaMama Theatre Umbria. Through conversations with Edward Albee, he composed “Who’s Afraid of Me, Myself & Edward Albee?”
